How Much Do You Charge?

I charge $160 for individual clinical supervision sessions.

Do You take Health Insurance?

I am an in-network/participating provider with most Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield plans. I encourage all prospective clients with a Blue Cross Blue Shield plan to call the number on the back of your insurance card to check to make sure I am in-network with your specific plan.

I am an in-network/participating provider with the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) for those OHP members who have been assigned to an “Open Card” and I am able to bill most Continuing Care Organizations (CCOs) like CareOregon and HealthShare for psychotherapy services.

I am also an in-network/participating provider with Medicare; however, please know that all of my Medicare spots are currently full and I am not able to take on any new Medicare clients at this time.

For all other health insurance plans, please check with your specific plan to see if you might have out-of-network benefits. For clients who do have out-of-network benefits, I can provide an official receipt of payment that can be submitted to health insurance plans in order to request reimbursement according to those out-of-network benefits.

Do You Provide In-Person or Telehealth Appointments?

I offer in-person appointments at my office located in downtown Portland on select days, as well as virtual appointments using a secure telehealth service for residents of Oregon or Washington.

Do You Charge a Fee for Missed Appointments?

I charge my full fee for missed appointments and for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24-hours notice.

What if I have other questions?
